  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom products, opened hygiene products, sale items, are non-returnable. Please check product details before purchasing.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  3. Return Shipping: After receiving your RA number, please pack the items securely and ship them back to the following address:

    • Please use a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
  4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is complete.

3. Refunds
